Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Olaf Motion handles personal data on project.olafmotion.com, the page for custom motion design projects. It works alongside the main olafmotion.com privacy policy, which covers accounts, subscriptions and template downloads.
1. Who is responsible
Olaf Motion is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at itsolafmotion@gmail.com with any question about your data.
2. What we collect
When you send a project brief, we receive:
- Your name and email address
- Your Instagram handle and preferred contact method, if you share them
- Project details: services, description, budget range, video duration, start and delivery dates
To protect the form from spam, we briefly process your IP address. It is stored only as a one way hash for up to one hour and is never linked to your brief. Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical server logs.
3. How we use your data
- To reply to your brief, scope the project and prepare an offer. This is a step you request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To send a short confirmation that your brief arrived.
- To keep the form safe from spam and abuse, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Who processes it
Briefs are delivered by email through our hosting and email provider, Hostinger, which processes data on our behalf. If a project goes ahead, invoicing and payments follow the main olafmotion.com policy (Fakturownia for invoices, Stripe for card payments).
5. Cookies and tracking
This page does not use cookies, analytics or tracking pixels. Fonts and videos are served from our own server, so no third party sees your visit.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your brief and our email conversation as long as needed to handle your request. If no project follows, we delete it within 12 months. If we work together, project and billing records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict its use, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to itsolafmotion@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
8. Security
The site runs over HTTPS, the form has spam protection and the configuration holding our mail credentials is not reachable from the web. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy when the page or our process changes. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
