Terms of Service

These terms apply to project.olafmotion.com and to custom projects requested through it. Templates, subscriptions and downloads on olafmotion.com are covered by the main Terms of Use and Template License.

1. Services

Olaf Motion creates custom motion design, video edits, social video, brand animation and UI animation based on an individual brief.

2. Briefs and offers

• Sending a brief is free and creates no obligation for either side.
• After reviewing it, we reply with our view on fit, scope and the next step.
• A project starts only when both sides confirm in writing (email is enough) the scope, deliverables, timeline, price and payment terms.

3. Payments

Prices and payment terms are set in each individual offer and may include an upfront payment before production begins. Invoices are issued electronically.

4. Feedback and changes

The number of feedback rounds is agreed in the offer. Changes outside the agreed scope, such as new formats or a different creative direction after approval, may be quoted separately.

5. Rights to the finished work

• Until full payment, all rights to the work remain with Olaf Motion.
• After full payment, you receive the right to use the final deliverables for the channels and purposes agreed in the offer.
• Editable project files, such as After Effects files, are delivered only when the offer includes them.
• We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

6. Your materials

By sending logos, footage, music, fonts or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to use them and allow us to use them for your project.

7. Concept work on this site

The brand pieces shown on this site are self initiated concepts. Brand names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those brands.

8. Use of this site

All videos, designs and text on this site are owned by Olaf Motion and protected by copyright. You may not copy, download, resell or redistribute them, or use the site for illegal or abusive purposes.

9. Disclaimer and liability

We work carefully, but we do not guarantee specific results such as views, reach or sales. Olaf Motion is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for a project is limited to the amount paid for it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and Poland.
